This writ petition has been filed to disburse the admitted dues to the petitioner, which has been withheld by the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the State by referring to counter affidavit dated 29.06.2026 submits that the entire admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner. In this context, he refers to paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit. He submits that only two amounts were admitted, which is Rs. 1,48,553/- which has been paid under the agreement No. 105F2/2011-12 and amount of Rs.76,188/- under the agreement No. O/N 501, which has been paid on 28.05.2013. 4. Paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit has been quoted hereunder:- “4. That in compliance of the order dated 09.06.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Court it is respectfully stated and submitted that admitted dues of Rs.1,48,553/- under the agreement no.105F2/2011-12 has already been paid to the petitioner. That it is further stated and submitted that admitted dues of Rs.76,188/- under the agreement no. O/N 501 dated 28.05.2013 has also been paid to the petitioner.” 5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that if he makes any further claim of any amount beyond this amount, it will be open to him to approach the appropriate Civil Court.
