Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have already filed an application before Debt Recovery Tribunal Jabalpur on 09.05.2026 and thereafter they have filed this writ petition on the pretext that no Presiding Officer is available at the Debt Recovery Tribunal Jabalpur and no other DRT have an additional charge of the DRT Jabalpur. As such, the matter has not been taken up for hearing and the same may cause irreparable loss to the petitioners. he would further submit that the matter is urgent, therefore, he may be allowed to prefer an appeal or an appropriate application before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Allahabad for redressing their grievance. 2. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners seems to be just and proper. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal along with copy of the order passed by this Court before the DRAT at Allahabad for hearing the matter. In the eventuality of filing of an appeal/application before DRAT at Allahabad, the said Tribunal shall hear and decide the matter expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. 5. Consequently, all the pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
