As the appeal is still pending before this court, hence, order dated 17.03.2026, is modified to the extent that instead of full amount, 50% of the amount along with up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.8(a), Kalavati @ Durma Devi, as per share of deceased respondent No.8, Sahibo Devi, being her sole legal heir.
