Prayer is for issuance of directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 6 to conduct an enquiry into the allegations of financial irregularities. 3. At the outset, it is necessary to mention here that till this date, aforesaid issue is not decided by the competent authority. Therefore, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no.3-Collector, Yavatmal, to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same within a period of 12 weeks from today, in accordance with law. The respondent no.3-Collector if thinks fit, may grant hearing to the affected parties while carrying out such enquiry. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of this petition alongwith the order passed today before the respondent no.3-Collector, within a period of one week. 5. Decision taken thereupon, shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of such decision. 6.
