By way of filing the instant petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No. 238/2018 registered with the Police Station Karauli, District Karauli for the offences punishable under Section 354(a), 504, 506 IPC & 66A of the IT Act, 2008. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor has apprised this Court that after investigation, the police have not found the allegations to be true and involvement of the petitioners have not been found to be proved, hence, the Final Report (Negative) has been submitted before the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karauli District Karauli on 20.11.2018 and the same has already [2026:RJ-JP:13558] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6896/2018] been accepted on 04.12.2018. Hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue the instant petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the factual aspect of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as having being rendered as infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4. The factual report furnished by S.H.O., Kotwali, District Karauli is ordered to be retained on record.
