The petitioner has filed the present petition assailing the transfer order dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure P/1) by which the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Sitapur, district Sarguja to Integrated Child Development Project, Mainpath, District Sarguja in same capacity as project officer. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 29.11.2024 the petitioner has been transferred on his own expenditure from the Project Dokra (Kansabel-2), District Jashpur to Project Sitapur, District Sarguja. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit a representation before the competent authority raising all the grounds available to him, including the ground that his earlier transfer was made on his own expenditure. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the submission that the petitioner was earlier transferred on his own expenditure, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the competent authority within a period of 10 days from today. In the event such representation is submitted, the respondents shall consider and 3 decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
