Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 25.08.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and other communications, which are taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that the benefit of bunching of increments, in terms of the judgment passed in CWPOA No.7531 of 2019, titled, Madan Lal and others vs. State of H.P. and another, has already been extended to the petitioner, who was arrayed as

petitioner No.3 in the writ petition. Since the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the pension of the petitioner has not been finalized by the office of the Principal Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh, the same shall be got approved/sanctioned within eight weeks from today and the arrears, if any, to be paid to the petitioner, be also paid within eight weeks thereafter. It is made clear that in case the arrears of the revised pension are not sanctioned within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the petition.

The execution petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
