By way of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has raised grievance in relation to the recruitment process pursuant to Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test, 2022 (TET-2022), particularly regarding consideration of objections submitted against the answer key/final answers published by the respondent authorities. 2. However, the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submitted that the dispute relating to the recruitment/examination process has already been resolved and, therefore, he do not wish to press the present writ petition. 3. In view of the submission so made, the parties have amicably settled the dispute between themselves. 4. The Court also recorded that the contesting parties had amicably settled the dispute and, finding the terms of compromise to be just, proper, and legal, accepted the settlement arrived at between them. 5.
