The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and respondents 4 to 9 are siblings (pangaligal) and are jointly entitled to the property in Survey No. 67/3, measuring 13.05 cents. It was further submitted that the petitioner and the 9th respondent, being siblings, are each entitled to an equal share in the property. Therefore, the petitioner seeks the issuance of separate pattas in their individual names. 3. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing the respondents 1 to 3. 4. This Court directs the third respondent, namely the Tahsildar, to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 to 9, and thereafter to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
