Thiba Phom has submitted that vide judgment and order of this Court in connection with WP(C) No. 122/2025 on 27.08.2025, this Court has directed the Government to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the Office Memorandum dated 17.03.2015 at the earliest within 6 (six) months. The petitioners/applicants have prayed for extension of time as 6 (six) month’s time has already expired. 3. It is submitted that the petitioners/respondents case is under consideration and 6 (six) months may be allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners/respondents has raised objection stating that the applicants already had sufficient time and another period of 6 (six) months will prejudice the petitioners/respondents in this case. 5. I have considered the submission that the petitioners case is under consideration.
