Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing the present petition, the petitioner obtained the original registration certificate book/record of the vehicle involved in the offence in question and the application for custody of the vehicle was rejected on the ground that the petitioner had failed to produce the original registration certificate book while moving the application before the trial Court. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now obtained the original registration certificate book of the vehicle in question. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the trial Court seeking custody of the vehicle by producing the original registration certificate book. 3.
