She had stated that she was major as her date of birth was 01.01.2007. The petitioner had, however, submitted a Birth Certificate issued by Tehsil Sadar, District Badaun, Uttar Pradesh and also an online certificate issued by the Medical Superintendent, District Mahila Hospital, Badaun, Uttar Pradesh, showing her date of birth as 01.01.2009. He further submits that the daughter of the petitioner has filed a Writ Petition, being Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 2524/2026, seeking protection from her family.
