The present petition has been filed seeking direction to set-aside the impugned order dated 02/06/2025 passed by the respondent No.2, by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Middle School Titurdih No.2 Block Durg to Govt. Middle School Kodiya, Block Dhamdha. 2. However, the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submitted that her grievance has been redressed upon grant of promotion and, therefore, she seeks to withdraw the instant petition. 3. The Court also recorded that the contesting parties had amicably settled the dispute and, finding the terms of compromise to be just, proper, and legal, accepted the settlement arrived at between them. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5. A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be made part of this award.
