The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(2), 308(5), 303(2), 351(2), 317(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was involved in demanding extortion and to the account of the petitioner Rs.47,890/- was transferred by the informant. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that there is no allegation against that the petitioner was present at the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para -19 and has been in custody since 30.05.2026 as mentioned in para -20 of the instant bail application. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. at Giridih in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
