Heard Smt. Lakshmamma S.B., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy for redressal of her grievance by - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27174 WP NO.29693 OF 2024 approaching the competent authority, if she is aggrieved by the sketch prepared by the Surveyor. That apart, since the disputed question of facts are involved, same cannot be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
