The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.584 of 2025, arising out of PCA Case No. 04 of 2025. 3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A.No. 8850/2025 at that stage. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2025. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for the complainant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. The petitioner appears to be the owner-cum-driver of the vehicle intercepted by the Police and on search, 57 animals were found loaded on the said vehicle. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
