Learned Government Advocate, Mr. E. Thiba Phom has submitted that vide judgment and order of this Court in connection with WP(C) No. 202/2023 on 22.08.2024, this Court has directed the Government to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the Office Memorandum dated 17.03.2015 at the earliest within 6 (six) months. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner’s/respondent’s case is under consideration and another 6 (six) months time may be allowed. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent has raised objection stating that for the second time, the applicant has approached this Court as earlier vide I.A. No. 46/2025, the applicant was granted 6 (six) months time to consider the case of the petitioner/respondent. 6. However, for the interest of justice, and as the petitioner’s case is under consideration, time is extended for another 6 (six) months to consider the petitioner’s/respondent’s case and no further time will be allowed.
