The affidavit of service filed today is kept with the record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of having submitted all requisite documents, prior to his retirement as the Principal of the respondent no. 7, the requisite Pension Payment Order (PPO) has not been issued in his favour. 3. As pointed out by Mr. Sanyal, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, the college has duly approved the DCRB papers and forwarded the same to the office of the respondent no. 3, who has, in turn, approved the same and forwarded them to the office of the respondent no. 4. 4. As it now appears that the respondent no. 4 has in 2 principle agreed to issue the PPO, except for a small infraction, as it appears from the report of admissibility of the pensionary benefits of the petitioner, Appendix 8, Form-A, Part-1 has inadvertently not been signed by the petitioner. 5. This is a matter, which ought not to have reached this Court and ought to have been resolved between the parties. 6. I direct the petitioner to visit the office of the respondent no. 3 on March 13, 2026 at 12 noon and affix his signature on the unsigned portion of Appendix 8, Form-A, Part-1. Upon affixing such signature, the respondent no. 3 will forward such Form alongwith all requisite documents to the office of the respondent no. 4 by March 17, 2026 to enable the respondent no. 4 to issue the PPO in favour of the petitioner. 7. The respondent no. 4 will issue the PPO by March 31, 2026. 8. With these afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 9. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 10.
