Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Mr. Sai Krishna Singuru, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that though the Investigating Officer/Station House Officer, Dwaraka Police Station, referred the case in FIR No.55 of 2019 as “undetectable”, the website of the Police Department still shows the petitioner as Accused No.1 in the said crime. 4. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the Station House Officer, Dwaraka Police Station, is directed to file appropriate proceedings before the jurisdictional Magistrate pursuant to the referral proceedings granted by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer/ACP permitting the case to be referred as “undetectable”, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
