Today, the petitioner in person appeared before this Court and submits that he wants to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3. In view of above submission, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4. The Court also recorded that the contesting parties had amicably settled the dispute and, finding the terms of compromise to be just, proper, and legal, accepted the settlement arrived at between them. 5.
