The petitioner is aggrieved by transfer order Annexure P-2 dated 06.08.2026, in terms whereof, he has been transferred from GSSS Sanarsa, Shimla to GSSS Deothi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at the present station, but, the place to which he stands transferred is a difficult area, as defined by the Government and he submits 2 that the petitioner has earlier twice served in hard area. Learned counsel has also submitted that the petitioner is now more than 54 years old. 3. In light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure at Sanarsa, which is evident from Annexure P-1, that the petitioner has completed more than 4 years at this station, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner's representation Annexure P-3 shall be decided by the authority concerned after giving personal hearing to the petitioner within 10 days from today and, till then, the petitioner shall not be forced to join the station to which he stands transferred and he may avail the kind of leave due to him.
