The said order is again challenged by him in the present writ appeal. 2. The appellant, appearing in person as well as the learned State counsel would submit that during the pendency of present appeal, appellant has been reinstated in his post, and his services have been regularized. Therefore, the appellant does not want to present this appeal any further. 3. In view of the fact that the grievance of the appellant has been redressed, present writ appeal stands disposed of.
