PATIL ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 07.11.2020 passed on I.A.No.1 in O.S.No.200/2011 by the Senior Civil Judge, Doddaballapur, (for short, ‘the trial Court’). 2. Smt.Nagarathna S.K., learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners-plaintiffs have filed an application under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking stay of the suit in O.S.No.200/2011 on the ground that the subject matter in the suit as well as in RSA No.1161/2009 is substantially one and the same. It is submitted that RSA No.1161/2009 was disposed of on 18.12.2024 by setting aside the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27986 W.P. No.6207/2021 judgment and decree in R.A.No.115/2007 and the matter is remitted back to the First Appellate Court. 3.
