47-WP.1702.2018.doc IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD 47 WRIT PETITION NO. 1702 OF 2018 Vishnu Sarjerao Bachate VERSUS The State of Maharashtra And Others ... Mr. Milind A. Manjramkar, Advocate for the Petitioner. Mr. R. S. Wani, AGP for Respondent-State. ... CORAM : KISHORE C. SANT & JITENDRA JAIN, JJ. DATE : 15th OCTOBER, 2026 PER COURT : 1. This Court, long back, has dismissed the petition as regards respondent nos.4 and 5. Looking to the prayers in the petition, it is seen that no effective order can be passed in absence of respondent nos.4 and 5 against whom the petition is already dismissed. 2. The prayer in the petition is to grant approval to the services of the petitioner as an assistant teacher. It is the case of the petitioner that he is working with respondent no.5. Since the said school itself is not a party to the petition, this Court hardly finds that any relief can be granted to the petitioner. Petition, therefore, stands dismissed. 3. We keep it open for the petitioner to avail any other alternative remedy if available under law. In case the petitioner exhausts all other remedies, we are granting liberty to approach this Court again by filing fresh petition. (JITENDRA JAIN, J.) (KISHORE C. SANT, J.)
