This is an application seeking restoration of the order dated 16.03.2026, passed by this Court, whereby, the review petition was dismissed as withdrawn at the request of the counsel. [2026:RJ-JP:16522-DB] (2 of 2) [WRES-167/2026] 2. The petitioner submits that he had not given any consent to withdraw this case, whereas, the lawyer is authorized in terms of the vakalatnama to take a decision as to whether petition is required to be withdrawn or not. Moreover, in the present case, the petitioner had prayed for withdrawal, which was stated by the counsel upon instructions. 3. This Court would not allow a litigant to misuse the process of Court by changing his stand one after another. Principle of approbate and reprobate does not allow such application. 4.
