This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is inclined to restore W.P.No.28617 of 2017, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the order of this Court dated 19.11.2025 made in W.P.No.28617 of 2017 shall remain unaltered. 4.
