JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 28/01/2026 This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking modification of the order dated 22.01.2024 passed by this court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while allowing the bail application of the applicant, it was directed by this court that applicant shall mark his presence in the concerned Police Station in first Monday of every month but applicant is suffering difficulties in marking his presence. It is also submitted that applicant has been marking his presence regularly before the concerned police station since the date of order. It is hereby directed that henceforth, instead of marking presence in first Monday of every month, the applicant shall mark his presence in the concerned police station once in three months.
