The counter affidavit dated 24.04.2019 filed by respondent No.3, suggests that all dues have been paid with respect to Drinking Water and Sanitation Department Division, Godda. 3. So far as respondent No.4 & respondent No.5 are concerned, they have admitted that the amount has already been paid. 4. This affidavit has been filed in the year 2019. 5. Considering the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to pay the amount, they have admitted, if not already paid within a period of eight weeks.
