1. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to grant regular pay scale under the continuity of service immediately upon completion of three years of service.
2. Today, both the parties have filed a compromise application stating therein that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The petitioner also appeared through video conferencing and submitted that the Department has fulfilled his demand and, therefore, he does not wish to pursue the present petition, as the matter has been amicably settled.
3. The contesting parties have amicably settled the dispute. This Court is also satisfied that the terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties are just, proper and lawful, and therefore, the same deserve to be accepted.
4. A copy of the compromise application/docket filed by the parties shall form part of the record.
