This bail application has been filed by the accused petitioners u/S 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 6/2026 registered at Police Station Pragpura, District Kotputli-Behror for offence u/S 303(2) of the BNS. 2. Heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the accused petitioners that the accused petitioners have been implicated in a case based on false and fabricated facts. The accused petitioners [2026:RJ-JP:16449] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5869/2026] are said to be in custody since 31.03.2026 and after completion of investigation, the police has submitted charge-sheet in the matter and the offences alleged against the accused petitioners are triable by Magistrate and co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. Having regard to the submissions made at bar and the fact that the accused petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2026 and the offences alleged against him are triable by Magistrate and co-accused have already been enlarged on bail, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of this case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided that they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)(each) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
