It has been averred in the application that the applicants/appellants have 'led several connected matters pertaining to the same acquisition proceedings which are pending adjudication before this Court. It is also averred in the application that the applicants had applied for a certi'ed copy of the impugned judgment on 01.04.2025 and the same was delivered on 25.04.2025. However, on account of inadvertence and oversight, the certi'ed copy was misplaced and could not be traced out despite best e1orts. Thereafter fresh steps were taken. It has been further contended by the learned counsel for the appellants that the delay in 'ling the appeal is neither intentional nor willful and the same has occurred due to unavoidable circumstances, which were beyond the control of the appellant. Keeping in view the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an a2davit and keeping in view the fact that the learned Additional Advocate General has no objection in case delay is condoned, the present application is allowed and the delay of 152 days in 'ling the present appeal is condoned.
