The learned counsel for the respondents-claimants states that respondents-claimants have given the sufficient reasons which satisfied that they are in need of certain amount for their survival. 3. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The respondents-claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of amount deposited by the appellant before this court along with interest accrued thereon upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 4.
