On due verification, it is found that an amount of Rs. 5,81,517/- has been paid to the petitioner by the respondents towards arrears of pension and gratuity. She submits that her grievance now stands redressed and she does not wish to press the present writ petition any further. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission and since the grievance raised in the present writ petition has been redressed, no further adjudication is required in the matter. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy as may be available under law, if any cause of action still survives.
