Vs State of HP & 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - Ors. Copy of the aforesaid Government letter dated 26.08.2026 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal.” Copy of the approval letter sanctioned by the State of Himachal Pradesh dated 26.08.2026 has also been appended alongwith the office instructions. 2. Taking note of above documents, present execution petition to stand disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of her surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law, if need so arises in future.
