This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 17(b)/18(c)/22(b) of the NDPS Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. This is a third attempt for regular bail by the petitioner. 4. It has been submitted by the State that all the witnesses have been examined in this case. He submits that on 07.08.2026 i.e., the next date fixed before the trial Court, the material exhibits will be presented. 5. The report be kept on record. 6. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with NDPS Case No.59/2023 arising out of Sonahatu (Rahe) P.S. Case No.38/2023, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-II, Ranchi, stands rejected. 7. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 8.
