(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.54 of 2023, under Sections 302 and 201 IPC, Police Station Mussorie, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1996 of 2024, was rejected on 27.11.2024. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 5. The bail application is rejected.
