The petitioner is an accused in connection with Saiko P.S. Case No. 6 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. No. 325 of 2018. It has been alleged that on a raid conducted by the police, two miscreants namely, Sukhram Munda and Ajay Lohra were apprehended. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of apprehended accused persons. It has further been submitted that Sukhram Munda has been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 839 of 2019 while Ajay Lohra has been acquitted by the learned trial court. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that one of the co-accused persons who has been apprehended on the spot has been granted bail, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Khunti in connection with Saiko P.S.
