Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Representations submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and 21.02.2026 (Exs.P3 & P.1 respectively). Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner would confine the prayer seeking a direction to consider the Representations of the Writ Petitioner. 3.
