The petitioner is before the Court calling in question the order of proclamation on the score that the proclamation is issued without following the due procedure as necessary in law. 3. Learned counsel submits that the next date of listing is on 20.06.2026. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29059 CRL.P No. 6165 of 2026 4. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the next date of listing i.e., 20.06.2026. Subject to the said condition, the proclamation shall stand suspended, subject to the further orders to be passed by the concerned Court. 5. In the event the petitioner would not appear on the said date, the proclamation would swing back and action shall be taken by the concerned Court on the next date.
