The present petition has been filed seeking direction to set-aside the impugned orders dated 18/09/2025 Annexure P-1 and order dated 04/06/2025 Annexure P-2 i.e. the order of rationalization, issued by the respondent. 2. However, the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submitted that as the grievance has already redressed by the authorities and therefore, does not wish to pursue the petition. 3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4. The Court also recorded that the contesting parties had amicably settled the dispute and, finding the terms of compromise to be just, proper, and legal, accepted the settlement arrived at between them. 5. A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be made part of this award.
