By the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the arbitrary action of the respondent authorities in not granting the benefit of Kramonnati Vetanman in terms of circular/order dated 10.03.2017 referring to Instruction dated 04.08.2010, though the petitioner is entitled to receive the said benefit on completion of 10 years of service. 2. However, the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submits that owing to personal reasons, she does not want to 3 pursue the present petition any further and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 3. In view of the submission made by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4. The Court also recorded that the contesting parties had amicably settled the dispute and, finding the terms of compromise to be just, proper, and legal, accepted the settlement arrived at between them. 5.
