The appellants are the defendants in C.O.S.No.19 of 2023. Against them, C.E.P.No.02 of 2025 was filed for execution in the said suit. 3. In the Execution Petition, Full and Final Satisfaction memo has been recorded by the learned Special Court for Trial and Disposal of the Commercial Disputes, Vijayawada and the E.P has been terminated. The copy of the order dated 10.02.2026 in C.E.P.No.02 of 2025 in C.O.S.No.19 of 2023 has been brought on record. 4 4. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in view thereof, the appeal has lost its efficacy and may be dismissed as such. 5. Recording the same, the C.M.A is dismissed. 6.
