Venkata Ananda Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that the main writ petition itself was disposed of vide orders dated 15.06.2022 and subsequently, the petitioner has given up her dealership by way of resignation. To that effect, he also placed a copy of the proceedings vide Rc.No.DISC/729/2024 dated 27.07.2024 issued by the 1st respondent. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, coupled with non-representation from the petitioner's side, the contempt case is closed. 5.
