The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No.240 of 2022 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 364/34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case alleging that the petitioner and others have abducted the son of the informant on a white color Scorpio vehicle. He further submits that this is a case of counter blast of the earlier case filed by the father of the petitioner. On these grounds, he submits that the anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer 2026:JHHC:21513 --2-- A.B.A. No. 3874 of 2026 and submits that allegations are there of abduction and the petitioner has six criminal antecedents and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and others of abduction of son of the informant and the petitioner has six criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
