Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. A memo to that effect is also filed. 3. Sri Snehil Balani, learned counsel for the respondent submits that, by misrepresentation, petitioner obtained an interim order from this Court on 30.04.2026. Learned counsel states that the said interim order should not have bearing on the final disposal of the case or merits by the Family Court. The learned counsel seeks to make necessary observations in that regard. 4.
