1. The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.414/2025 registered at Police Station Sikari, District Deeg for offences under Sections 303(2), 317(2) and 341(1) of BNS, 2023.
2. Since all these bail applications arise out of common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this common order.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. They again submit that the allegations against the present petitioners pertain to the theft of a motorcycle. Though one case has been reported as criminal antecedent against the Mushtaq and two cases each against Hukmu and Kalu but in above cases they are already on bail. They again submit that petitioners are behind the bars since
26.11.2025. The trial of the case will take considerable time and no further custodial interrogation is required hence, the bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submissions made by
learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.
7. Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Kallu Alias Jamshed Son Of Nazir, Mustaq Son Of Juma and
