Case No.153 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 4. After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing appropriate petition on the strength of the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 5.
