Verification report, filed before the learned Trial Court reads as under: “As the supporting document, applicant has attached an ortho emergency paper of Hindu Rao Hospital. Undersigned visited the ortho emergency in Hindu Rao hospital and met with Dr. Virender Choudhary and enquired about the injuries to Naved. Doctor mentioned, “Patient attended by me on 28/03/26. Patient examined by me. No serious injury found from ortho side. Patient is discharged from ortho side on the same day.” 4. As per verification report, no serious injury was found from ortho side and the patient was discharged from ortho side on the same day. This is a digitally signed order.
