In terms of the order dated 23rd December, 2025, three reports prepared by the three-member Medical Board constituted by the concerned authority of Composite Hospital BSF, Kolkata, which were forwarded by the Officiating DIG (Medical) CH BSF, Kolkata vide letter dated 29th October, 2025 to the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta, were made 2 over to the learned advocates representing the petitioners and the Union of India. 2. Court has also perused those medical reports of the three petitioners in connection with three writ petitions. 3. Today learned advocates representing the three petitioners and Union of India have jointly submitted on going through those three reports that Tapan Mondal being petitioner in WPA 26969 of 2024 and Mritunjay Malik being petitioner in WPA 27059 of 2024 are declared fit whereas Samir Roy being petitioner in WPA 29023 of 2024 is declared unfit. 4. In view of the reports of the Composite Hospital BSF, Kolkata as forwarded vide letter dated 29th October, 2025, Court finds there is no impediment in giving necessary directions upon the concerned respondent authorities for appointment of the petitioners in WPA 26969 of 2024 and WPA 27059 of 2024 in the post of Constable (G.D.) under Central Armed Police Forces on completing necessary formalities. 5. Hence, concerned respondent authorizes are directed to take necessary steps for recruiting the petitioners namely, Tapan Mondal and Mritunjay Malik in WPA 26969 of 2024 and WPA 27059 of 2024 respectively on completing necessary formalities, if these 3 candidates are found otherwise eligible, at an early date but not later than four (4) months from the date of communication of this order. 6. Accordingly, writ petition being WPA 26969 of 2024 and WPA 27059 of 2024 stand allowed and disposed of. 7. Petitioner namely, Samir Roy in WPA 29023 of 2024 as has been declared unfit on medical examination, no relief can be granted in favour of the said petitioner. 8. Accordingly, writ petition being WPA 29023 of 2024 stands dismissed. 9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon usual undertakings.
