This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of direct the Respondent No.3, to decide the Case No. 11113 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T20241714011113 (Sita Ram & Others Vs. Nagar Panchayat Harraiya & Others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed by the petitioners. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of pass the order of status-quo may be maintained on the land-in-question regarding the Arazi No. 421, Measuring Area 0.4160 Hectare situated at Village Bhadasi, Tappa Ramgarh, Pargana Amodha, District Basti because the Respondents No.5 to 8 trying to take illegal possession forcibly on land-in-question." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2024 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
